What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, business name, project type, budget range, timeline and the project description you write. We do not collect any other personal data, and we do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if we start working together, deliver your project. We will never use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
How it is stored
Your submission is stored securely in our database, hosted by Lovable Cloud (Supabase) on servers within the EU/EEA. Access is restricted to Nordesign and protected by row-level security rules.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. The only exception is the technical providers needed to run this website (hosting and database), who process data on our behalf under strict data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your project and keep a record of our correspondence. If you become a client, we keep what is needed for the duration of the project and any legal accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, or receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, simply email us and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
